We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
- Maintain the preventative maintenance program
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems promptly to ensure continuous operation
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and parts
Experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a Hotel setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to maintenance work and machinery operation
- Prior experience with preventive maintenance programs is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Pay: From $26.92 per hour
