Feeds’n Needs operates a chain of 13 corporate stores exclusively in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island). Our 70+ professional staff members are committed to providing premium products with old-fashioned “hands on” service and educated answers to your questions.

With Trouw Nutrition, you will be part of a local team, close to both producers and franchisee managers. Trouw Nutrition Canada East serves the agricultural producers through a network of dealers located across Québec, Eastern Ontario and the Maritimes.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES :
- Grooming: Transform our furry clients into the best-looking pets in town, providing grooming services with love and care.

Sales: Assist pet owners in finding the perfect products, from food, toys and treats to health and wellness items.

Customer Service: Ensure every pet and pet owner feels welcome, appreciated, and leaves with a smile.

Store Maintenance: Keep our pet paradise clean and inviting, so pets and their owners always feel at home.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in pet grooming and a genuine love for animals.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales experience is a bonus, as you'll help pet owners find the best products for their furry friends.

Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;

Customer satisfaction oriented;

English is mandatory and being fluent in French would be an asset.
