Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Implement quality control procedures throughout the construction process.
- Use construction management software such as ProCore.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Report project status regularly to senior management.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction supervision or site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction management
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Construction experience in residential or commercial projects is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
