Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our veterinary practice. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures for patients
- Schedule appointments and follow up on client inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using our management system
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
- Process payments and manage billing procedures
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and medical forms
- Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical reception role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Laboratory experience is a plus, aiding in record keeping and client education
