Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and special styling requests to clients of all ages.
- Lead by example in maintaining impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering professional recommendations, and building lasting relationships.
- Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments, overseeing front desk activities, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Drive retail sales through effective upselling of hair care products and salon services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Handle client consultations with clear communication about styling options, maintenance tips, and product recommendations to maximize satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as a senior stylist or manager within a busy salon setting with a strong portfolio of diverse hair styling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols, safety standards, and best practices in hair care environments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques to promote products confidently without compromising client trust.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory; a proactive attitude towards team development is essential.
