About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on various digital initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to oversee multiple enterprise-level web projects from discovery through launch, ensuring exceptional delivery while building strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
Working alongside talented designers, web developers, quality assurance specialists, and product leaders, you'll create an environment where teams thrive and projects succeed.

What you will do

Lead multiple concurrent digital projects throughout their full lifecycle—from planning through successful delivery.

Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients by serving as a strategic advisor and delivery partner.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications.

Monitor project health and proactively identify opportunities to improve delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, QA, and Leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

Coach project teams while fostering accountability, transparency, and collaboration.

Help evolve and improve project management practices, standards, and operational processes.

Leverage AI-powered tools where appropriate to improve planning, documentation, reporting, forecasting, meeting summaries, risk identification, and overall delivery efficiency.

Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive administrative work and allow teams to focus on delivering greater client value.
What you bring
We're looking for someone who combines exceptional project leadership with strong business acumen and outstanding communication skills.
You'll likely bring:

7+ years of project management experience within a digital agency, software, or technology environment.

Experience managing complex website, digital product, or enterprise software projects.

Proven success leading cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.

Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management practices.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Confidence navigating ambiguity while keeping projects moving forward.

Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and how they can improve project delivery and client outcomes.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
