CNC Mill Machinist – Setup & Operation
Our client is currently looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join their production team. This position is suited for someone with strong hands-on experience in setting up and running CNC milling machines to produce high-precision metal components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and enjoys contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up CNC milling machines for production runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate CNC mills to produce components in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Choose, install, and adjust tooling, fixtures, and machine settings to optimize machining processes.
- Conduct initial part inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and quality.
- Monitor milling operations and implement corrections during production to ensure specifications are met.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics; use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues.
- Maintain accurate records including setup sheets, production logs, and quality documentation.

Qualifications
- CNC mill experience, including full machine setup and production.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
- Solid understanding of machining principles, materials, and tooling.
- Comfortable working to tight tolerances in a high-volume or precision manufacturing setting.
- Flexible to work day and evening shifts as needed.
