Elm Creek Equine Veterinary Services is hiring for the administrative role of clinic coordinator at our satellite location near Dugald, MB.
The purpose of this position is to keep the clinic doors open to clients wishing to stop by for purchases and prescriptions (or a friendly visit!), assisting our veterinarians with inventory management, re-ordering and re-stocking, equipment management, and maintaining the clinic space.
The clinic is in a new development on Gee Tee Way, just minutes off the East Perimeter at Highway 15. It is a brand-new building consisting of two treatment/recovery stalls, treatment room space, a washroom, a pharmacy/lab, and a reception space.
Some details on the position:
- Starting hourly wage at $22.00/hour with structured, performance-based raises available.
- Approximately 30 hours per week ( 5 x 6 hr shifts, 9 AM - 3 PM)

Our ideal candidate:
- is looking for a long term position, willing to invest energy into software training and learning new systems.
- has considerable experience in the equine industry
- has experience in operations management
- is comfortable with basic computer skills including Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and willing to learn our specific platforms including CoVet, HVMS, AllyDVM and Quickbooks.
- can work independently
- has dependable transportation with a Class 5 Drivers License
