Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments through POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
- Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for guests
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
