Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French) who’s passionate about helping customers, supporting internal teams, and growing client relationships. In this hybrid role, you'll be the front line for client communication—resolving inquiries, offering tailored product recommendations, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone and email, offering responsive and knowledgeable assistance.
- Resolve product, order, or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Guide clients through product selection, availability, and usage with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Sales & Account Growth:
- Support account managers by identifying upsell opportunities and communicating special offers.
- Reach out to warm leads and past customers to promote new products or services.
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
- Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our ordering system and support process.
Marketing & Collaboration:
- Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions and trends.
- Collaborate on client-focused campaigns, promotions, and communication materials.
- Share customer success stories and product insights that help shape messaging and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) – required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an asset).
- Familiarity with office supplies, tech products, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- College diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
