Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Latte Art Expert/Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, handling food items, and ensuring smooth operations at the point of sale.
Prior experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. The position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and strong time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks with precision (dial-in, extraction control, milk texturing)
- Maintain brew recipes, ratios, and calibration throughout the day
- Assist with pre-prepping drinks during peak (cups, syrups, garnishes)
- Monitor coffee quality (taste, temperature, presentation)
- Manage grinder adjustments and workflow optimization during rush
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Support training of junior baristas when required
- Other duties as assigned
Performance Standards
- Espresso extraction within target range (time, yield, taste)
- Drink consistency across all shifts
- Ability to handle peak volumes without compromising quality
- Communication with team (call-outs, drink status)
Skills & Requirements
- Barista skills (dial-in, latte art, milk steaming) - Must
- Understanding of brewing theory (ratios, extraction basics) - Must
- High attention to detail under pressure
- Strong workflow and multitasking ability
