- Have at least one years of retail sales experience
- Have at least one year in a management or supervisory role

- Be directly responsible for our customer’s shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service
- Connect with our customers and build lasting customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales target goals
- Maintain our expected operational and merchandising standards
