What You'll DoBrand Marketing + Storytelling
- Own and execute trove's marketing and content calendar across digital and in-person channels
- Develop compelling storytelling that reflects the trove philosophy, values, and brand voice
- Lead content creation across social media, email marketing, photography, video, website, and campaign assets
- Ensure consistency across all guest-facing touchpoints, communications, and brand experiences
- Protect and strengthen the trove brand as the business continues to grow
Digital Marketing + Growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support guest acquisition + retention
- Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters and promotions
- Support paid social advertising initiatives and campaign optimization across Meta, Google and LinkedIn
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay current on wellness, hospitality, social media, and consumer trends
Community + Events
- Lead the promotion of events, wellness experiences and community gatherings
- Develop initiatives that deepen engagement and foster meaningful connections within the trove community
- Extend the trove experience into digital channels through thoughtful community management and communication
- Identify opportunities to connect trove with new audiences and communities
Partnerships + Business Development
- Manage relationships with brand partners, ambassadors, influencers, and collaborators
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships that increase awareness, community impact, and guest acquisition
- Support the growth of corporate wellness programs and business development initiatives
- Develop collaborations and co-branded experiences that align with the trove mission
Guest Experience + Marketing
- Execute seasonal campaigns and membership initiatives
- Develop marketing materials, signage, and guest communications
- Support merchandising, retail promotions, and product storytelling
- Collaborate closely with operations and practitioner teams to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, community marketing, partnerships, events. 2+ years of agency experience is preferred.
- An exceptional storyteller, writer, and communicator
- Passionate about wellness, hospitality, personal growth, and human connection
- Experienced in social media management, content creation, email marketing, and community building
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excited to build within a growing company
- A natural relationship-builder who enjoys connecting people, brands, and ideas
- Creative, curious, and highly collaborative
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
Required skills + software competencies
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Website management platforms
- Photography, video creation, and content editing
- Hospitality, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or consumer brands

Compensation + Benefits
- Salary: $75,000-$85,000 based on experience
