We’re a small, community-focused coffee company that roasts our own beans, runs five neighborhood cafés, and sells online across the country. What’s the Role?
We’re looking for an All-Around Helper — the kind of person who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and do a bit of everything. One day you might be helping out in the café, the next you’re packing up online orders, fixing a squeaky chair, or running to grab supplies. This is the perfect role if you’re handy, flexible, and like staying busy with different tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Help out at our cafés (cleaning, organizing, stocking, etc.)
- Assist with packing and shipping online orders
- Do basic handywork tasks (changing light bulbs, fixing things, painting, assembling furniture, plumbing, etc.)
- Run errands (picking up supplies, making deliveries, moving supplies between locations, etc.)
- Pitch in at events or pop-ups when needed
- Be ready to help wherever there’s a gap — with a good, positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, proactive, and ready to work
- Remain flexible to work any day and anytime, as and when needed by the Company
- Comfortable switching between different kinds of tasks
- A team player with a good, positive attitude
- Full G driver’s license is required
- Some experience in a similar hands-on role is helpful, but not required
- Willing to learn and take initiative
