We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and acrylics with precision and attention to detail
- Educate clients on nail care, maintenance, and aftercare tips to promote healthy nails
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and satisfaction
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
Requirements
- Valid state licensing or certification as a Nail Technician in Nova Scotia
- Experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, or acrylics is preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
