Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an environment where everyone is accountable for creating memorable guest experiences that drive loyalty and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Duties
Provide ongoing supervision and support to Housekeeping Department including overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the area
Perform opening and closing duties as required
Assist/conduct performance appraisals and performance management as necessary
Responsible for the smooth operation of the department in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager
Assist in establishing, implementing and monitoring standards of service and operation
Conduct room and public area checks, clean guest rooms and assist in laundry as required
Identify and resolve guest concerns/complaints to their satisfaction
Carry out on-the-job training to new associates as required-
Qualifications
Minimum two years’ experience as a Room Attendant
Previous experience in a supervisory role an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
