Undrstatemnt is one of Calgary's premier barbershops — a clean, modern, high-standard environment built for barbers who take their craft seriously. We're growing and we have chairs available for the right people.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-3+ years of experience (we're being selective — quality over quantity)
- Solid foundational skills — fades, taper fades, scissor work, and sectioning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients
- Patient, detail-oriented, and takes cleanliness seriously
- Professional, punctual, and client-focused
- Someone hungry to grow, not just clock in
- A barber who wants to build their brand, not just fill a chair
