Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified, ensuring comfort and professionalism throughout the process
- Foster positive relationships through attentive communication, active listening, and exceptional customer service
- Keep detailed records of services provided, client preferences, and retail transactions for future reference
Skills
- Strong proficiency in nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, acrylics, and nail art design
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols to uphold health standards in the salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and promote retail sales confidently
- Ability to perform body waxing services with professionalism and attention to detail (nice-to-have)
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services and retail products naturally without pressure
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel valued and comfortable
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products that complement nail treatments
