Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Studio Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about photography, has excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Provide guidance on studio equipment, lighting, and backdrops.
- Set up and maintain the studio space, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with scheduling, bookings, and client inquiries.
- Promote Focus Studio on social media and engage with our online community.
- Support in basic editing and content creation (if applicable).
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Interest in photography, content creation, or studio operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to workmorning, afternoon, evenings and weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of photography or social media marketing is a plus.
