Kindersley Mainline is expanding their repair team! Join our team as an Xpel Installer/ Shop Attendant where your skills will contribute to our team by delivering exceptional service while ensuring customer satisfaction through organizing, scheduling and performing xpel and accessory installation services. In this position you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide quality automotive repair services.
Overview/Responsibilities:
- Install XPEL protective film on various vehicle surfaces with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed to ensure optimal adhesion
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
- A demonstrated positive, work ethic and pride in delivering a quality result
- The ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- The ability to perform equipment audits to check for acceptable performance and detect faults and possible malfunctions.
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed to handle shop equipment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure flawless application and adherence to company standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles
Requirements:
- Prior experience in xpel/accessory installation
- Valid driver's license
- Mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
