About the Role
Deep Sleep Clinic Ltd. is urgently hiring a Healthcare Marketing Representative to support referral growth and build strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare professionals across Edmonton and nearby Alberta communities.
This is a full-time hybrid field-based role involving regular clinic visits, physician office outreach, referral relationship-building, CRM tracking, and occasional office work. The ideal candidate is professional, confident, organized, and comfortable introducing healthcare services to new referral sources.
Training will be provided on Deep Sleep Clinic’s services, referral outreach process, CRM tracking, field visit expectations, and professional communication with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
- Visit clinics and physician offices across Edmonton to introduce Deep Sleep Clinic’s services.
- Support referral growth by identifying new outreach opportunities and maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Conduct cold outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails.
- Present clinic services professionally and clearly to healthcare offices and referral sources.
- Track outreach activities, referral opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to improve outreach strategy and referral performance.
- Meet or exceed assigned outreach, referral, and conversion targets.
- Represent Deep Sleep Clinic professionally during all field visits and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, healthcare marketing, or customer-facing outreach preferred but not required.
- Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, or physician offices is an asset.
- CRM experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person visits, and professional presentations.
- Self-motivated, organized, resilient, and target-driven.
- Professional appearance and strong relationship-building skills.
- English fluency required; additional languages are an asset.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel daily throughout Edmonton for clinic and physician office visits.
- Willingness to occasionally travel within Alberta, including areas such as Leduc and Beaumont, if required.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Compensation and Perks
- Starting salary of CAD $55,000 per year.
