Wesbrook Construction is a team of highly skilled custom builders and home renovators seeking an experienced Foreman / Skilled Carpenter to join our crew. We specialize in high-quality custom home renovations, collaborating with designers, tradespeople, and industry professionals to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small crew on residential and light commercial projects
- Perform framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and take accurate measurements
- Install structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim
- Manage project timelines and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, trades, and team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry experience (Red Seal or 3rd/4th year apprentice an asset)
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods
- Proven ability to lead a crew and work independently when required
- Must provide your own standard carpentry tools
- Valid B.C. driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm)
- Physically fit, dependable, and professional in demeanor
- Willingness to travel throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley (occasional out-of-town work)
