Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, treating, and preventing pest infestations, while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties.
- Identify pest problems and determine the best course of action for treatment.
- Apply appropriate pest control methods and treatments safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and report any issues to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns and questions.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are used and maintained properly.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 driving license is a must.
- Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Basic knowledge of pest control products and techniques is an asset.
Training:
- Comprehensive training will be provided to suitable fresh candidates.
