Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Manage and maintain client accounts using CRM tools such as Zenventory, Teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Coordinate with internal teams on project management tasks to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for account growth and improved service delivery
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments
- Prepare reports on account activities, project status, and overall daily operations
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or customer relationship management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask across multiple accounts and deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration
- Experience in customer service roles demonstrating problem-solving abilities and professionalism
