This Project Manager role is a billable project-oriented position as an independent contractor, that augments full-time staff on an ongoing basis. The Project Manager works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the overall success of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Business Intelligence implementation projects from project approval through to go-live. This position leverages strong business acumen, influential stakeholder engagement, and dynamic communication skills to drive projects towards successful completion.
Key responsibilities include optimizing project time and expenses, proactively monitoring performance against budget, and ensuring timely corrective actions—all contributing to seamless delivery, impactful results and positive experiences for all involved. - Lead the planning and implementation of client projects, primarily Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence implementations
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders and clients
- Create and manage detailed project plans, track / report on project status
- Prepare and lead project status review meetings with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
- Project Contract Change Management
- Maintain forecast for self and monitor forecast for assigned project teams
- Responsible for reviewing and approving project time and expenses
- Monitor actual performance against budget, and taking corrective action as required
- Leverage AI to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, sharing improvements with the team to support continuous progress
- PMP Certification or equivalent training
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Information Systems from an accredited university or college (preferred)
- 3+ Years of proven experience as a Project Manager on software implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics ERP / CRM
- 2+ years preparing business / customer-facing documentation and communication
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with significant budgets
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance project outcomes
- Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies in addition to office productivity software
- Experience using Microsoft desktop applications/O365, MS Project & Visio required
- DevOps experience is highly desired

- Willing and able to travel; valid passport is required
- Must be resident of Canada or the United States and legally entitled to work in resident country
- Must be fluent in English – both verbal and written.
