We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Lash Artist/ Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while maintaining a positive and welcoming experience.

Duties:
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and desired results
- Contribute to building clientele and promoting the business through social media engagement, creating and editing content
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with front desk tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Lash Artistry experience in applying eyelash extensions.
- Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products.
- Experience with content creating and social media.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell and promote retail products and services.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
- Ability for provide these services (Classic, Wet Lash, Hybrid, Light and Full, and Mega Volume Lash Extensions with wide range of curls, length and styles)
- Certifications in eyelash extensions
- An Asset: Ability to provide additional services such as Lash Lifts (Keratin & Korean), Lash & Brow Tinting, and Brow services (brow threading, brow lamination).
