Job Title: Immigration Case Assistant / Office Administrator

We are a growing Canadian immigration consultancy committed to providing professional and personalized immigration services. We are seeking a motivated and organized Immigration Case Assistant / Office Administrator to support our team in Calgary and GTA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing immigration client files, including document collection, verification, and organization
- Prepare and submit immigration applications and supporting documents under supervision
- Maintain accurate client records and update case statuses in databases
- Communicate with clients regarding document requirements and application updates
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar for consultants
- Perform general office administrative duties such as answering phones, emails, and filing
- Support the team with research and monitoring changes in immigration policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in immigration services or legal/administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Assets:
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and terminology
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
