Employment Requirements and Qualifications:
- MUST be experienced with Commercial Millwork Projects
-We are NOT looking for engineers, we are in a specialized industry
-If you have never assembled a cabinet, please do not apply
- Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager
- Cabinetmaking experience is a necessary asset
- Capable of reading blueprints/construction documents and details- Effective verbal and written communication skills, dealing with clients, subcontractors, installers, etc.- Organizational/Prioritizing skills a must, has the capacity to manage multiple projects- Computer skills and experience with relevant scheduling and planning software
Key Accountability and Responsibilities:
- Experience with Construction Take-offs
- Must be very organized and work proactively to keep a schedule
- Ability to handle multiple projects and flawless turnovers
- Attention to detail and pride in providing a high quality product and service
- Travel into the field, and spend time in the shop to ensure we are creating value for customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
