We are looking for a professional HVAC Service Technician who can do more than just replace parts.

This is a performance pay position with strong earning potential for the right person.
Important About This Position
This is a residential service position only.
We do not perform large construction projects or commercial construction-style HVAC work. Our focus is residential homeowners, service, repairs, maintenance, and providing long-term solutions for families.
This position is designed for technicians who value their time, efficiency, and earning potential.
There is no regular overtime in this position. However, technicians are expected to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, approximately once per month.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and providing solutions for residential:
- Furnaces
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Water heaters
- Tankless water heaters
- Fireplaces
- Boilers (asset)
- Indoor air quality systems
This role is not just about fixing problems.
It’s about finding the root cause of the issue and helping customers understand the best solutions for their home and family.
The more solutions you can provide and the stronger relationships you build with customers, the more successful you will become financially.
Requirements
- Valid G2 Gas Technician License
- Ability to work independently
- Experience servicing residential HVAC equipment
- Boiler experience considered an asset
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable using tablets, apps, and CRM software
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Must be reliable, organized, and customer-focused
- Refrigeration Licence (313 D) or (313A) — Preferred
