Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and optimizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing development for existing staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate production records, report on key performance indicators, and prepare operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold product specifications and address any deviations promptly.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics departments as needed.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision, with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
- Effective communication skills to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to motivate staff, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or supervisory training is a plus.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
