General Labor (Meat Packing)
Shift:
- Monday to Saturday
- 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Handle and pack meat products
- Perform heavy lifting of up to 40 lbs
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with production and warehouse duties as assigned

Shift:
- Morning & Evening Shifts Available
- Monday to Saturday
Pay Rate:
Important:
This is a 50% Forklift Operator / 50% General Labor role. Operators are expected to assist with warehouse and production duties when not operating equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Counterbalance, Reach, and Walkie forklifts
- Move heavy bins and meat buggies throughout the facility
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse
- Support production and warehouse operations
- Assist with general labor tasks as required
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety regulations

Key Duties
- Safely operate forklifts, including Counterbalance, Reach, and Walkie equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
- Pick and prepare orders accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Inspect forklifts and equipment before use and report any issues
- Verify shipments and assist with inventory movement
- Follow all company safety, food handling, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food or meat processing facility is required
- Valid experience operating Counterbalance, Reach, and Walkie forklifts (for forklift applicants)
- Experience with warehouse operations and order picking
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in a cold environment with strong meat odors
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday through Saturday
