ABOUT our Automotive & Mobility Development (AMD) Service Line
AMD combines the legacy Clinics & Mobility Labs service line (CML), the Quality Measurement service line (QM) and the upcoming Automotive User Experience (AUE) solutions.
Clinics and Mobility Labs accompany Car Manufacturers along the product development and innovation cycle to help them assess the potential and enhance the performance of their future models.
QM assesses the vehicle quality and overall “In-Market” experience of customers with their vehicles, as well as strategic Benchmarking services used by manufacturers to improve the performance of their current products and new developments.
AUE solutions are also required to assess Driver experience and develop new Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), which are critical in the next generation of vehicles and associated services.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Coordinating and managing survey research on time and on budget, working closely with other departments and suppliers.
- Handling all aspects of project management/coordination for ongoing tracking studies, including, but not limited to, sampling, fieldwork management, data processing, reporting, and client interaction.
- Maintaining and strengthening client relationships and developing understanding of their business issues.
- Analyzing and interpreting results; preparing client reports and presentations.
- Assist with expanding and enhancing current studies, as well as proposing new research to help meet our clients’ needs.
- Create and manage the necessary documentation of project requirements to ensure safety to the business and allow you to train others doing those tasks or involved in your project.

- Strong working proficiency with MS Office (specifically MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree level of education or higher, preferably in a related major such as marketing research, sociology, psychology, marketing, management, or science.
- At least 2 + years’ experience in the market research field including prior project and client management.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, if required.

In accordance with Ontario & British Columbia law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 CAD. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
