Job Summary
As a Designer specializing in UI/UX Designs, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for digital products. Your main objective will be to enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and the product.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
2. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and coherence.
3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
4. Create and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
5. Stay uptodate with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to ui/ux design.
6. Advocate for the user throughout the design process to prioritize user centric approaches.
Skill Requirements
1. Knowledge of design tools such as adobe creative suite, sketch, figma, or similar software.
2. Understanding of user centered design principles and best practices.
3. Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobilefirst design concepts.
4. Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback.
5. Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
6. Knowledge of conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data.
7. Solid portfolio showcasing successful ui/ux design projects and problem-solving skills.
