Job Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor who can work hands-on with tools while helping lead and mentor a team of carpenters and apprentices. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of interpreting blueprints, managing site layout, and coordinating with other trades on high-end residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Perform precise layout and oversee structural framing
- Supervise, train, and support carpenters and apprentices
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and productivity on-site
- Coordinate daily tasks with project managers and other trades
- Actively contribute to hands-on carpentry work
- Problem-solve on site and maintain strong communication across teams
Qualifications
- Red Seal Certification in Carpentry (strongly preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and performing layout
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example while working alongside the crew
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.97-$46.25 per hour
