We are seeking an experienced General Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting, payroll, and purchasing experience, advanced QuickBooks skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Advanced QuickBooks Online experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end accounting processes.
- Experience with purchasing and procurement, including purchase orders, vendor management, invoice matching, and inventory-related transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general administrative duties.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and accurate.
- Manufacturing experience is an asset.
We are looking for a proactive professional who can take ownership of accounting and purchasing functions while contributing to the overall success of the business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
