Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Manage daily front-of-house operations (Manager role)
Lead and support the serving team
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant
Strong communication and customer service skills
Serving or supervisory experience preferred
