We are looking for a skilled roofing repair technician.
This role is for someone who takes pride in diagnosing problems, solving complex leaks, and delivering clean, permanent repair solutions.
You’ll be working inside an established, high-performing repair division with consistent year-round work (including winter).
What This Role Is:
- Service and repair focused (not full replacements)
- Leak diagnostics and problem-solving
- Detail-oriented work on sloped roofing systems
- Customer-facing, professional service calls
- Independent work with strong support systems behind you
What This Role Is NOT:
- Not production roofing
- Not labour work
- Not working on a crew doing tear-offs all day
Compensation:
- $40–$50/hour based on experience
- Paid travel time (Calgary to Canmore)
- Consistent, year-round work
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong experience in roof repairs and troubleshooting
- Understands flashing, penetrations, and leak points in depth
- Takes ownership of their work and stands behind it
- Can communicate clearly with customers on-site
- Works clean, organized, and safely at all times
Requirements:
- Experience with sloped roofing systems (asphalt, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
- Own basic tools + fall protection (certified)
- Active WCB
- Comfortable working independently
