Luxury building downtown with a strong team (you would be the 2nd superintendent, working with an operations manager for all paperwork and a property management team to deal with tenants). We offer you a large two bedroom apartment.
We are seeking candidates to fill a position for a prestigious residential high-rise (385 units) downtown Montréal :

- Stable, bilingual individuals with at least 5 years' experience in Building Mechanical systems - Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and General Repairs
- Personnes bilingues qui démontrent une stabilité d'emploi, avec un minimum de 5 années d'expérience en mécanique de bâtiment - plomberie, électricité, CVC et réparations de routine
- Work schedule : 5 days per week ; on call every 2nd week and week-end
- Poste à temps plein - 5 jours-semaine ; sur appel 1 semaine/fin de semaine sur 2
- Apartment supplied with amenities and indoor parking
