Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Supplement Advisor to join our retail team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the right health and wellness supplements, provide product demonstrations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their supplement needs through active listening and consultation
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage through engaging product demos
- Assist with merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current health trends, product lines, and company promotions
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and providing personalized recommendations
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially in health supplements or wellness products, is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (e.g., English and Punjabi, Hindi) are highly desirable for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, POS systems, and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and upselling opportunities
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Experience in upselling techniques, merchandising strategies, and time management skills are advantageous
