Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist / Registered Social Worker to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health support, therapy, and case management services to diverse patient populations, including children and adolescents. Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patients’ mental health needs, with a focusing various population including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Perform case management duties, including coordinating care and connecting patients with community resources.
- Collect and analyze data related to patient progress and treatment outcomes for ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Assist in the assessment of patients’ mental health status, utilizing appropriate clinical tools and medical terminology.
- Support patients in managing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care, pediatrics, and special education needs.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
- Strong understanding of patient care principles within mental health settings.
- Experience with case management, data collection, and research methodologies related to mental health services.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare and mental health fields.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Familiarity with special education needs and pediatric developmental considerations is preferred.

Pay: $44.00-$60.00 per hour
