Ron's Rentals - Fort McMurray
Are you looking for an exciting challenge working for an established all-terrain rental company? Ron’s Rentals is looking for a hands-on Rental Operations Supervisor to oversee operations at our Fort McMurray location. The chosen candidate will be responsible for executing rental requests, managing parts and equipment inventory, establishing and communicating workflow to staff, and overseeing the quality control of rental equipment prior to rentals.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Receiving rental requests from sales staff, ensuring machines/trailers are prepared for rental customer
- Establishing a workflow list for service staff to follow
- Management of parts & supplies inventory
- Oversee quality of equipment prior to rental
- Ensure Ron’s Rentals shop bays and yard are a clean and safe work environment
- Effectively manage and communicate with shop staff
- Execute & implement standard operating procedures
- Greet customers during pick up/drop offs at location
- Communicate equipment availability with sales staff and other location managers
What we are looking for:
- Highly organized with strong critical thinking skills
- Positive Attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new information in a dynamic work environment
- Experience managing people is an asset
- Experience with parts inventory or mechanical knowledge an asset
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive
