Regional Director – Security Consulting & Investigations Responsibilities
What is exciting about the role?
- Champion the growth and execution of consulting and investigations programs across Northern Ontario, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Drive regional business development initiatives by expanding existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting long-term revenue growth.
- Oversee regional financial performance, including full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Develop and implement regional policies, procedures, and performance standards to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, Operations Managers, and regional support staff across multiple locations.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, scheduling, and talent development to support a large, geographically dispersed 24/7 operation.
- Utilize KPIs, operational reporting, and performance dashboards to identify trends, improve service delivery, and support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain respectful partnerships with Indigenous communities while supporting organizational commitments and regional initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with national leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, occupational health and safety legislation, and quality standards.
Regional Director – Security Consulting & Investigations Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience within security, investigations, risk management, or a related service-based industry.
- Experience leading multi-site operations with direct responsibility for financial performance and operational excellence.
- Strong business acumen with proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategy.
- Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Strong business development and client relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional designation such as CPP, PSP, PCI, CPA, or MBA is considered a strong asset.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Northern Ontario (Barrie to Thunder Bay).
