What you’ll do:
- Be the trusted point of contact for customers, delivering a seamless and positive service experience
- Build strong, lasting relationships through honest communication and expert guidance
- Confidently recommend and explain maintenance and repair services using a consultative approach
- Manage inbound and outbound communication, keeping customers informed every step of the way
- Handle warranty inquiries and ensure claims are processed efficiently
- Support daily service operations, including occasional cashier responsibilities
- Track your performance through KPIs and take control of your earning potential
What we offer:
- Competitive base salary + performance bonuses (potential to earn well beyond $70,000/year)
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
