Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, responsible, self driven and customer-focused Admin & Sales Associate to manage daily operations at our indoor cricket facility with retail store.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, cricket products knowledge , passion for sports and a passion for customer service and sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage lane bookings and customer appointments
- Handle customer inquiries in-person, on phone, and online ensuring excellent customer service experience
- Assist customers with cricket equipment and product sales driving growth
- Maintain store cleanliness and product organization
- Process billing, payments, and invoices
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks including inventory and stock updates
- Open and close the facility as required
- Manage online social media accounts and messages for product sales
- Promote memberships, bookings, and store products
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or administration preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, basic math, and organizational skills
- Interest or knowledge in cricket and baseball is an asset to quickly grow
- Knowledge of merchandising, marketing, negotiation, product demos, upselling, and customer service best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is must along with flexibility on weekdays to support rush hours
- A reliable, punctual, and professional attitude along with proactiveness towards learning new skills and contributing to team success and growth.
Pay: $2,900.00-$3,200.00 per month
