CTOMS™ is a unique company providing tactical, medical, rescue training, and equipment sales, primarily to the defense and security industry, but rapidly expanding into more mainstream, and international markets. Working at our location in South Edmonton, in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking an ambitious and energetic Inventory Controller.
To be selected for the role you must have great organizational and communications skills, the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast past environment, and a high degree of initiative and motivation. Being a team player with excellent general computer skills are a must. Furthermore, experience in an inventory control or similar type of role will be considered a highly valuable asset.

- Processing New Product, which includes:
- R&D Handover Reception Process
- Pricing Determination Process (CAD, USD)
- Entering New Items
- Entering New Kits
- Entering New Assemblies
- Entering New Sub-Assemblies
- Marketing Handover Process
- Assembly and Work Order Process
- Duties of the Shipper / Receiver Position
- Maintain an organized workspace
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inventory control or similar role.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite is considered a strong asset.
- Strong English communication and writing skills are a must.
- Experience / working knowledge of Oracle / Oracle NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP database systems is highly valued.
- Some Bookkeeping experience will also be considered an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
