Rossmount Inn is seeking a hospitality-driven individual to join our Guest Services team. We are looking for someone polished, energetic, and passionate about their craft. A professional who understands that great service is about presence, knowledge, and warmth. This individual will be a knowledge base for our guests on everything related to the Rossmount. As the hub of the Inn & Restaurant, you'll work simultaneously with all of our team members ensuring our guests have all of the information they need to enjoy their experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver elevated, guest-focused service in both dining and front desk settings
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in person inquiries for dining and room reservations
- Provide clear communication in person, over the phone, and electronically
- Build a knowledge of local experiences and recommendations
- Seamlessly support dining room service as needed
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and requests
- Maintain an organized, clean, and service-ready workspace

- Experience in a quality-driven restaurant or hospitality environment
- Calm under pressure and capable of multitasking
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal service
