As we prepare to open our first Saskatchewan location, we're looking for a Barista Leader who wants to be part of building something from day one.

As a Barista Leader, you'll be a key part of bringing each day to life. You'll spend your time creating exceptional guest experiences, supporting and coaching Team Members, and helping ensure the cafe runs smoothly. You'll work closely with the Cafe Leader to uphold our standards, build team confidence, and create an environment where both Guests and Team Members feel welcome.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example and model exceptional hospitality every shift.
- Create memorable experiences for every Guest who walks through our doors.
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, and menu items to Empty Cup standards.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Coach and support Team Members during shifts.
- Help onboard and train new Team Members.
- Assist with managing inventory, daily tasks, and operational routines.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy periods.
- Help foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture.
Who You Are
- You have a passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences.
- You naturally lead by example and enjoy helping others succeed.
- You are confident providing guidance, coaching, and support to teammates.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure.
- You take ownership, solve problems, and pay attention to the details.
- You're reliable, accountable, and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Previous leadership, coffee, or hospitality experience is considered an asset.

Pay: $17.30-$17.80 per hour
