As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Associate to support our operations from our North Vancouver, BC office.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully review documentation, enter information into ERP system, and process various transaction types including sales, purchases, and inventory transfers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for all transactions; save and archive paperwork into internal filing systems.
- Organize and maintain personal and shared inboxes in line with established team processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency, seamless communication, and timely execution of customer and supplier requirements.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping records precise and current.
- Communicate with external stakeholders including customers, suppliers, reloads and logistics partners ensuring exceptional service and professionalism.
- Support cross-functional teams including finance with accounts payable and receivable, logistics documentation, inventory reconciliation, and other sales support tasks.
- Participate in cross-training with the administrative team to ensure seamless coverage during time off or peak periods.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, sales support, or logistics experience; experience in the lumber or building materials industry is a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized across multiple priorities.
- Comfortable identifying problems, assessing outcomes, and determining practical solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or inventory software is an asset.
- High school diploma required.
