We are looking for Cooks for our location. Applicant must be available to work AM, PM, Split and Late night shifts. You must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Duties:
- Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu
- Working with a team of Cooks to handle varying levels of activity
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination
- Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Determine size of food portions, estimate food and supplies requirements as per franchisor standards
- Following safe food handling guidelines and completing temperature log checks
- Stocking shelves, rotating products, and assisting in completing orders
- Undertaking additional duties as assigned
- Light dishwash and expedite food to table from time to time
- Other duties as assigned
