Role: Technical Lead T24 Data Migration

Remote, PST hours
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Temenos T24 data migration and core banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead migration planning, architecture, technical coordination, and execution activities across multiple migration cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end T24 data migration activities, including mock runs, dress rehearsals, reconciliation, and production cutover support
- Develop architecture artifacts and migration documentation, including data flow diagrams and integration mappings
- Assess FCU volume impacts on T24 platform health, including DB growth, COB processing, clearings, and DW exports
- Coordinate with Temenos, Clearsight, and internal stakeholders throughout migration and testing cycles
- Support migration strategy, data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities
- Work closely with infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure migration readiness and platform stability
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks during migration execution
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact platforms
- Proven experience leading large-scale banking or core banking data migration projects
- Experience with migration reconciliation, mock cycles, and cutover planning
- Strong understanding of core banking architecture, interfaces, and data flows
- Knowledge of database growth analysis, COB processing, clearings, and data warehouse exports
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
